Privacy Policy

Savia is built around data minimization: we deliberately collect little, protect what we hold, and never store photos of your child.

What we collect

• Your account email, via Firebase Authentication and our payment provider.
• A parent-chosen alias for each child — never their legal full name.
• Your child’s birth year (not full date of birth), grade, and school name.
• Notes from your onboarding call, and the worksheets we generate along with their results.
• Photos of completed worksheets — of the work on paper, never of your child.

What we never collect

• Your child’s legal full name.
• Your child’s full date of birth.
• Any photo of your child’s face or person.

How we use it

We use this information to generate and continually adapt your child’s worksheets, and to operate your account. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Payment details are handled entirely by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card information.

How long we keep it

• Photos of completed worksheets are deleted after about three months.
• Worksheet records and results are kept for about two years.
• Your core profile and account data are kept for the life of your account.
• On account closure, we delete your data within a short retention window on request.

Sharing and security

We share data only with the limited service providers needed to run Savia(for example, cloud hosting and payments), and only as required to provide the service. Data is encrypted at rest and access is restricted on a least-privilege basis.

Children’s privacy

Children never have their own accounts or logins. A parent or guardian controls all data and decisions.
