Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Savia. Savia is the seller of record; payments are processed securely by Stripe, and any refunds are issued by us through Stripe back to your original payment method.

Registration fee

The one-time registration fee is fully refundable if you request it before the child’s profile is created. Once your child’s initial profile has been created (you complete their onboarding), the fee is non-refundable, as it covers work already delivered.

Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access through the end of your current paid period. We generally do not prorate partial months. If something has gone wrong, contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@learnsavia.com within 14 days of a charge, and include the email on your account. We typically respond within a few business days.
