Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Savia (“Savia”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Savia provides personalized, paper-based worksheets for children that adapt over time based on completed work. A parent or legal guardian holds the account. Children are sub-profiles under a parent account and never have their own logins.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Registration and onboarding

Your subscription includes registration for your first child — guided onboarding and that child’s initial learning profile — at no additional cost. Adding another child requires a one-time registration fee for that child, which covers their registration and initial learning profile and is paid before the child’s profile is created. The fee and what it covers are shown at checkout.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The standard plan is a recurring monthly subscription that provides a set number of personalized sessions each month, shared across the children on your account. Savia is the seller of record. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card information. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include IVA. A CFDI (factura) is available on request — email us with your billing details after a charge. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — see our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

The service is for personal, family use. You agree not to resell it, misuse it, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

6. Content

Worksheets and generated content are licensed to you for your family’s personal, non-commercial use. Materials you submit remain yours; you grant us permission to process them to operate and improve the service.

7. Disclaimers

Savia is an educational aid and is not a substitute for professional educational, psychological, or medical advice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
